Australian Camino GSWW Cape Bridgewater to Tarragal Caves 19.54 km

Cape Bridgewater Cliffs

One of the best hikes! Around the cliffs of Cape Bridgewater.

The scenery includes Australia’s larges mainland seal colony, blowholes, freshwater springs on the ocean rocks, petrified forest, lava gas bubble rock pools, Whites Beach and completing the hike at the Bridgewater Lakes and Tarragal Caves.

The contrast in landscape is amazing with lush green grass and shortly after a moonscape (well, moonscape by the sea).

Trish met me at Tarrigal Caves and we did a reconnaissance to swan lake probably tomorrows pick up point.

This walk is part of my Cancer Council Relay for Life fundraising Challenge.
