Sheepvention Hamilton Victoria

Had an interesting day at the Hamilton Sheepvention. This show is unusual in that it is held on a Monday and Tuesday and not over a weekend.
We enjoyed watching the shearing and fleece throwing, the farmers checking out the sheep wool (while still on the sheep) and the different breeds. We particularly liked the sheep dog trials.  Not just sheep though there was a large variety of display stalls from metal detectors, cars, camping gear to huge farm machinery displays.
We finished off the day with a drink watching Australian Country and Western star Lee Kerrigan sing.
